CellApps Corporate supports two way application development. It accepts SMS messages and parses the same for keywords. The associate application code or handler is called which is registered with the keyword.

The handler gets the data from the database or website and reply to the user or stores the request based on the application design and requirements.

The CellApps maintains the request details in logs.

The product also allows to built one way SMS sending application using the SDK or using the other different mechanism which CellApps support. The details on the same are available in application guide. These methods includes SMTP/HTTP protocol beside using a COM object or Multicast protocol of CellApps.
