Any
user would visit Service Provider’s web site
and go to the Message Page. He would fill information
regarding the mobile number he wants to send
the message, about himself and the message.

The
POST request for this form would be directed
to the machine on which CellApps is running.

CellApps
would validate the request and send the message
to the mobile number over SMS.

In
case the mobile number is non-existent the sender
would be displayed an error page otherwise a
send successful page would be displayed.
